Return Policy

Due to the high cost of shipping we don’t take returns unless you pay for shipping. We do however; use a credit invoice system to deal with any problems. We go through about many jerseys a day in and out. We do our best to keep all jerseys at a minimum stock level. We can not always keep every jersey in stock all the time. Demand and production schedules make that impossible. Any out of stock items will be emailed for you to choose replacement jerseys or a credit on your next order. Partial refunds only if you pay for the payment processing. No returns on custom made jerseys

All "on special" or “on sale” items sales are final.

Custom & Personalized Jerseys

Allow 2 to 6 weeks delivery on custom made jerseys

Our Process

Here is the Jerseys from China process

· You send us a Website Order - please don't ask if we have it in stock.

· We send a Sales Order based only on what we have in stock (inventory software)

· We send payment details along with the Sales Order and Payment options request (s)

· We confirm your payment and send you a paid invoice notice

· We normally ship the next day after we get the payment

· If there is a problem with inventory we will send you an update

· You can choose replacement jerseys or choose a credit on your next order

· The shipping takes about 7 to 10 days to the US

· We send you a shipping invoice (Box Contents List) for each package

· Your tracking number will be inside the shipping invoice.

We keep about 50,000 jerseys in stock.

However, supply, demand and production schedules don't always line up

We have about many jerseys a day going in and out

There are always some that we have too many and some that run out.

We auto re order at minimum levels... and do our best to keep jerseys in stock.

Shipping

We ship by EMS and guarantee delivery. 
If your package gets seized we will reship.
However, we are not responsible for any fees,
taxes or any other levies imposed by your government.
Normal Shipping takes 7 to 10 days.
You are responsible to track your package and make
sure you have someone that can sign for it.
We aren’t responsible if your package is sent back due to a non delivery.
We will however reship it to you if you pay the shipping.
