·    You send us a Website Order - please don't ask if we have it in stock.
·    We email a Sales Order based only on what we have in stock (inventory software)
·    We email payment options  along with your confirmed Sales Order
·    We confirm your payment and send you a paid invoice notice
·    We normally ship the next day after we get the payment
·    If there is a problem with inventory we will send you an update
·    You can choose replacement jerseys or choose a credit on your next order
·    The shipping takes about 7 to 10 days to the US
·    We send you a shipping invoice (Box Contents List) for each package
·    The tracking number will be inside the shipping invoice.
